Milligans Café & Store is situated in a renovated building at 2 Chelmer Street, along from the Oamaru Gardens. Built for Frederick and Anne Chase in 1910/11 (the Chase family owned an aerated water factory in Oamaru) the house was was named "Koroneihana"
